Cost, who can play, and how many entries

Entry fee: $1,000 per entry (non-refundable unless the Contest is canceled under Rule 15).
Payment methods: cash, casino chips (Golden Gate / the D / Circa), credit cards (processing fee applies), casino wires, cashier's checks.

Eligibility: 21+, valid government photo ID, and Club One® membership (free; available at listed sportsbooks/players' clubs).
Entries may undergo third-party verification.

Entry cap: Up to five (5) entries per person. More than five = disqualification (no refund).
Multiple winning entries? You're paid per entry.

Registration window

Opens: 9:00 AM Fri, May 23, 2025

Closes: 2:00 PM on the Saturday before the first Sunday of NFL games

Picking games & scoring (the core gameplay)

Goal: Rack up the most points by making five (5) weekly NFL ATS selections vs a static contest spread.

Scoring: Win = 1 point, Push = 0.5, Loss = 0.

No hedging an entry: You may not pick both sides of the same game on a single entry.
You may take opposite sides across different entries you own.

Weekly cadence & deadlines

Contest point spreads posted:

Thursdays ~10:00 AM each week
Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks: Wednesday ~10:00 AM

Submission deadline: Saturdays by 4:00 PM each week.
Miss it? 0 points for that week (you can still play future weeks).

Early (e.g., Thursday) games: If you want one, you must submit all five picks before that earliest kickoff. No partials.

How to submit (in Nevada or at the counter)

Where: Any Circa Nevada location 10:00 AM Thu → 4:00 PM Sat

Circa mobile app (log in with Contest card ID + password; must be physically within Nevada to submit)

Tech caveats:

App issues do not extend deadlines.
Anti-spoofing: If you log in out of state to view lines, then someone in Nevada can't re-log and submit for 30 minutes. Deadlines do not move.
You are responsible for anyone who logs into your Contest account during the selection window.

Proxies (optional)

You may authorize up to three (3) proxies to submit selections.

Proxies must register in person and meet Rule 2 ID requirements.

Circa does not endorse any proxy/service and won't mediate disputes.

You remain solely responsible for your weekly submissions.

Receipts, changes, and "Official Contestant"

Official Contestant: The person who signs the registration form; only they can collect prizes. Proxies cannot collect.

Your "official record" each week:

Counter/Kiosk: a physical ticket
Mobile app: a digital confirmation with a unique 12-digit ETSN (screenshot it)

No other documents count as the official weekly record.

Edits: You can submit picks once per week per entry.
A one-time exception may be granted at management's sole discretion.
No voids/changes after 4:00 PM Saturday or after any selected game has kicked off.
If voiding is approved, it's in-book only (the D, Circa, Tuscany, The Pass, Silverton, Legends Bay) with management approval.

Prize pool, overages, and ties

Guaranteed pool

Total guaranteed: $6,000,000 (funded by entries and supplemented by Circa if < 6,000 entries).

Payout forms: cash, check, casino chips, or a combo (winner's choice).

If entries exceed 6,000

50% of the overage goes equally to the four Quarter MVP 1st-place prizes.

50% goes across Full-Season Places 1–100.

Footnote reiteration: If total paid entry fees exceed $6,000,000, all overages are split evenly among the four Quarter 1st-place prizes and Full-Season Places 1–100.

Overall 1st place (full season) tiebreakers

Applied only to determine the overall season-long 1st place:

1. Most wins over Weeks 1–18
2. Most winning weeks (> 2.5 points in a week)
3. Most 5–0 weeks
4. Most 4–0–1 weeks
5. Most 4–1 weeks

If still tied → co-champions, split the aggregate 1st-place prize equally.

All other ties (quarterly or season)

Even split among tied positions (e.g., T-1st splits 1st + 2nd money; next finisher is 3rd).

Quarterly structure & prizes

Quarter schedule (subject to NFL schedule changes; completed Contest Weeks/Quarters won't be redefined):

Q1: Weeks 1–4
Q2: Weeks 5–9
Q3: Weeks 10–13
Q4: Weeks 14–18

If the NFL season is canceled after Week 13 but before Week 14 finishes, Week 13 counts as Q4 for prizes.

MVP prizes (each quarter)

Posting & payments per quarter: Winners posted the Tuesday after the quarter ends → 3-day audit → payouts that Saturday.
Disputes must be in writing during the 3-day audit. After the audit, results are official and final.

If a quarter doesn't fully complete: Prizes are awarded based on quarter standings at cancellation, provided at least one full Contest Week of that quarter is complete. Ties split evenly.

"Booby" prize (each quarter)

Sharing a prize (IRS Form 5754)

You can split a payout by completing IRS Form 5754.

The Official Contestant and all listed parties must appear in person together and meet Rule 2 requirements before individual payouts are made.

When the season… doesn't go as planned (official status, suspensions, refunds)

The Contest is official after Week 12 begins.

If the NFL season runs < 12 full weeks: entry fees are refunded (minus already paid Quarterly MVP payouts).

If the season runs ≥ 12 full weeks but does not finish: the current point leader is the winner; quarterly bonuses are unaffected.

If Acts of God/technical issues prevent completion after Week 12, prizes are awarded based on current point totals at cancellation.

Suspension (not outright cancellation): The Contest pauses until the season resumes.
If no NFL game is completed for 90 days, the Contest ends:

Before Week 12 complete: refunds as above
During/after Week 12 complete: award based on current totals

(Quarterly payout logic follows the same rule.)

What counts as a "Contest Week" (and grading edge cases)

A Contest Week = Wed 2:00 AM → next Wed 1:59 AM.

All games are "action" even if location changes.

To be graded as win/loss/push, a game must finish by 1:59 AM Wednesday of that Contest Week.

If there's no official NFL win/loss result by week's end → graded Push (0.5).

If the NFL declares a forfeit (win/loss) before the Contest Week ends (even without being played):

Picks on the NFL-declared winner = cover → 1 point
Picks on the NFL-declared loser = 0 points

Disputes, audits, and collecting payouts

After final Contest winners are posted: 5-day audit window.

Disputes must be in writing within that window. Afterward: official and final; payouts commence.

Collecting: The Official Contestant must collect in person within 365 days at the casino where they signed up.
If not collected, Circa will mail a check to the last address on file after reasonable contact attempts.

If the Official Contestant dies: Upon receipt of a death certificate and executor documentation, payment will be made to the executor (cash/check).

House rules, eligibility restrictions, and conduct

Circa House Rules also apply unless these rules say otherwise.

Circa may refuse entry at its sole discretion.

Individuals on Nevada Excluded Persons or any exclusion list are ineligible.

The Contest may be canceled or entries refused if a governing rule/regulation/law may be violated.

Circa will make reasonable efforts to accept selections via alternative methods in a system failure.

Fraud/dishonest conduct may result in disqualification without refund.

Employee restrictions: No Circa employees; and no Director-level or above, or personnel in Accounting, Audit, Casino Hosts, Compliance, Finance, IT, Security, Sportsbook, Surveillance at Golden Gate, the D, Circa, or Downtown Las Vegas Events Center may participate or act as proxies.

Names, likeness, aliases & management rights

Aliases: Circa may reject/change aliases. If no acceptable alias is provided, your Contest ID number becomes your official public name in standings/prize docs.

Publicity: Entrants grant unrestricted use of their name, image, likeness for promotional/marketing uses without compensation.

Management discretion: All rule interpretations and modifications are at Circa management's sole, final discretion.
